DMCA & Content Reporting

OC Studio respects the intellectual property and personal rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains how to report content and how we handle copyright notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on OC Studio infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., a URL or account and description);
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated Agent

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user. We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to that user.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent that includes: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the material and its prior location; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (4) your name, address, and phone number; and (5) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., Denton County, Texas), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Rights of Real People (Privacy & Publicity)

If content on OC Studio depicts you without your consent — including AI-generated or intimate imagery — email admin@ocstudio.app with a description and links. We review these reports promptly and independently of the copyright process above.

Misuse

Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please do not submit unfounded claims.
